The Family Practice team wants to provide updates about our process changes during the COVID-19 pandemic in an effort to better serve our patients. We are continuing to provide excellent and safe patient care that includes office visits for patients following up on chronic medical conditions such as diabetes, high blood pressure, depression/anxiety, and other concerns.

Rest assured, our exam rooms are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized after every patient. During this time, our waiting room is being cleaned at an increased frequency. We also are separating sick and well patients by scheduling virtually all patients sick with respiratory problems in the afternoons. This provides separation in the waiting room and increased time for cleaning exam rooms. Respiratory-sick patients are being masked as soon as they arrive to the waiting room.

If you still do not feel comfortable coming to our office for your scheduled appointment, we currently offer the option of a video chat visit with your practitioner through Telemedicine. Please be aware, not all concerns will be able to be addressed adequately by video chat, and in some instances, we may suggest you still come in for an in-person evaluation.

Please call our office for more information if you are interested in scheduling a telemedicine visit. As always, we encourage you to stay healthy by washing your hands (20 seconds), taking your regular medications, and letting us know if you have any questions or concerns. Again, the CDC website is the best resource for accurate information regarding COVID-19.
